At Deepoo Designers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the garment back into its original designer packaging, ensuring all protective liners and authenticity tags remain intact to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the garment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
